Liberty Dental Plan, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, Accounting to lead our accounting operations and ensure financial integrity for a growing organization.

In this visible leadership role, you will partner with the Controller, oversee core accounting functions, guide a team, and contribute to accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, treasury management, and continuous improvement. Hybrid work option included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting leadership or people management.
• Strong experience with month-end close, financial statement prep, reconciliations, audits, treasury, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process for timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, schedules, and disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies.
• Maintain detailed account reconciliations and supporting documents.
• Oversee treasury activities and cash management.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations.
• Drive process improvements and internal controls.
