Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in budgeting and forecasting techniques.
• Solid internal controls and risk management understanding.
• Experience in a manufacturing-related company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger and monthly reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Perform profitability, cost, and variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor cash flow; prepare forecasts and coordinate with departments.
• Identify process improvements and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and sales to guide decisions.
