Leadout Capital is seeking an Accounting Manager in the Global Accounting group to oversee monthly close, SOX controls, and US GAAP compliance across multiple locations.

You will lead a diverse team, drive process improvements, coordinate with internal and external audit teams, and provide accurate schedules and insights to senior management.

Experience with Workday or Oracle is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in accounting and public accounting
• Strong US GAAP and SOX knowledge
• Experience with large ERP systems (Workday/Oracle) and complex data sets

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end close, variance analyses, and journal entries oversight
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Infrastructure, IT, and Finance teams
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and SOX controls/documentation
• Prepare schedules for 10-Q/10-K reporting
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and evidence
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and reconciliation
• Mentor and develop accounting team members
• Lead special projects to completion
