Job summary

Adecco seeks an Accounting Manager in Livermore, California to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely financial reports. You will work closely with the Chief Finance Officer and leadership to implement scalable systems and assist in budget analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years in accounting, and experience in supervising an accounting team. The position requires strong leadership and attention to detail, and offers a dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in business accounting.
• 3+ years of experience successfully supervising an accounting team focused on back office and monthly closes.
• Proven ability to manage, supervise, and motivate co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the accurate and timely close of monthly financial statements.
• Prepare monthly budget to actual comparisons and financial reports.
• Manage and ensure optimal performance of the internal accounting team.
