Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing and inventory accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading month-end close activities.
• Ability to analyze financial results and communicate findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly accounting close in coordination with the holding company.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
• Ensure financial reporting is accurate and GAAP-compliant.
• Analyze monthly operating results and provide insights to leadership.
• Partner with the President to review financial performance, trends, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory accounting and collaborate with operations to improve accuracy and controls.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Develop and improve accounting procedures, reporting processes, and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate annual audits and external reporting requirements.
• Serve as the primary accounting resource for the business and liaison with the holding company.
