Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
• Progressive accounting experience with manufacturing/inventory context is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close process coordinating with the holding company.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries and financial statements.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and accuracy.
• Analyze monthly results and provide leadership with insights.
• Partner with President to review profitability and trends.
• Oversee inventory accounting and collaborate with operations.
