Job summary

Atlantic Group is seeking a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join the technical accounting and strategic projects team in Atlanta. You will lead technical accounting research, prepare financial statements, and contribute to IPO readiness and public company reporting.

The role covers mergers and acquisitions, post-transaction integration, and close optimization, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, forecasting, and strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting or relevant accounting experience.
• Big 4 or national public accounting experience preferred.
• CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with technical accounting, SEC reporting, or transaction-related projects is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.

What We're Looking For
