Job summary

NCCO Brand Fulfillment is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to own the month-end close and balance sheet integrity on site in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead AR workflows, collaborate with Sales and Customer Service, and provide GAAP-based solutions for complex transactions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a background in manufacturing or distribution ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full ownership of month-end close.
• Experience with balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• ERP experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and large data sets.
• Clear written and verbal communication with non-accounting partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close calendar and drive on-time completion of close activities (excluding inventory/cost accounts).
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, depreciation, allocations, and intercompany activity.
• Prepare monthly financial statements with variance commentary for Controller review.
• Maintain and improve the close checklist and documented procedures for recurring entries.
• Research, document, and apply GAAP treatment for non-routine transactions as the on-site technical accounting resource.
• Own the full balance sheet reconciliation package and monthly reconciliations with supporting detail.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation and cash position reporting; complete monthly reconciliations for all accounts.
• Review AR/AP postings; supervise AR workflow, invoicing accuracy, aging, and collections cadence.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, ROI analyses, and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Partner with GM and leaders to translate financial results into actionable business insights.
