Job summary

NCCO Brand Fulfillment is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to own the month‑end close, balance sheet integrity, and AR workflow on‑site in Fort Worth, TX. You will collaborate with the Cost Accountant to cover the full accounting function, ensuring accurate GAAP reporting and timely financial closes.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong technical accounting skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full ownership of month-end close.
• Strong technical accounting, able to document treatment and defend it.
• Hands-on balance sheet and bank reconciliation experience.
• ERP experience in manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets).
• Clear written and verbal communication with non‑accounting partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close calendar and drive on-time completion of close activities.
• Lead AR workflow including invoicing accuracy, cash application oversight, aging, and collections cadence.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, depreciation, allocations, and intercompany activity.
• Maintain the balance sheet reconciliation package with supporting detail and timely resolution.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses for operations and corporate finance.
• Partner with General Manager and leaders to interpret financial results and support decision-making.
• Provide backup coverage for Cost Accountant and collaborate with AP and corporate finance.
