The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and over 2 years of corporate sales or recruiting experience. The position offers a base salary of $60,000 plus commission, car and phone stipends, and multiple benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Corporate Sales or Recruiting experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new accounts and expand existing accounts.
• Work with recruiters to meet hiring needs and payroll expectations.
• Conduct meetings and perform cold calls to clients.
