Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Recruiting Account Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the local office, and contract employees. You will attend client production and staff meetings and help ensure successful placement of qualified talent at client sites in the Biddeford area.

We offer a base salary of $54,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) plus a $2,000 annual bonus, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, an HSA and 401k, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred, not required).
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between client managers, local office and contract employees; attend client meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and delivering quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service activities.
