Job summary

Aerotek, a Allegis Group company, is seeking an Account Manager to win new accounts, expand existing ones, and deliver exceptional service to active and prospective customers. You will work closely with recruiters and support teams to align client hiring needs with contractor payroll expectations, including performing cold calls and face-to-face meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of corporate sales/recruiting experience.
• Collaborated in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Win new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Partner with recruiters to meet client hiring needs.
• Conduct cold calls to decision makers.
• Lead face-to-face meetings and qualify opportunities.
• Negotiate bill rates and terms to maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain client relationships with quality contractors.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate contractor lunches.
• Manage recruiting partners and provide feedback.
• Develop business partnerships with recruiters.
