Job summary

Aerotek in Pittsburgh is hiring a Recruiter to identify and screen candidates, partner with Account Managers, and build industry relationships. You will contribute to sales through referrals and servicing client accounts, with a focus on candidate sourcing and interviewing.

The role offers a base salary during training with weekly commissions and potential growth to $55,000 after one year, plus comprehensive medical, dental, vision, HSA and 401k, PTO and holidays, and family leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales‑focused experience.
• Experience in a team‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Volunteer and partner with philanthropic organizations.
