Job summary

Outform is seeking an Account Project Manager to partner with Sales, coordinate client solutions, and oversee end-to-end project execution. You will manage timelines, deliverables, and daily client communications, ensuring all work meets standards and accelerates speed to market.

You will lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, estimating, production, and logistics, escalating risks early and keeping all stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• Client-facing experience with multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; ERP/CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and professional email etiquette.
• Decision-making and ownership of project outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
• Lead internal meetings across design, engineering, production, and other cross‑functional partners.
• Escalate risks with data-backed mitigation plans.
• Coordinate collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
• Track, collect, and maintain client deliverables and invoices.
