Job summary

Outform is seeking an Account Project Manager to partner with Sales, coordinate client solutions, and oversee end-to-end project execution. You will manage timelines, deliverables, and daily client communication to ensure high-quality delivery and speed to market.

You will lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, estimating, production, and logistics, while maintaining compliance and accurate invoicing. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Client-Facing Experience: proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Project Management: manage complex projects, multiple workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
• Systems: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; ERP and CRM experience; Smartsheet preferred.
• Communication: clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Execution & Ownership: plans, organizes, prioritizes effectively; follows through on commitments.
• Decision-Making: acts quickly, escalates appropriately.
• Leadership & Team Orientation: leads cross-functional partners across functions.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow client relationships by understanding their business, organizational structures, approval workflows, deployment processes, store operations, and key milestones.
• Own and manage full project schedules, milestone plans, and timelines.
• Lead internal meetings and ensure alignment across design, engineering, estimating, production, and other cross-functional partners.
• Escape risks or missed milestones with data-backed solutions and mitigation strategies.
• Manage complex, multi-workstream projects requiring collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Track, collect, and maintain all required client deliverables.
• Coordinate production details and ensure accurate order details to Production for flawless execution.
• Maintain internal compliance with company policies, SOPs, contract terms, and generate accurate client invoices once project is complete.
• Organize and maintain client-specific materials such as planograms, store surveys, and reference documents.
