Proven track record of owning and growing relationships with large institutional clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across touchpoints and executive stakeholders.
Run client service reviews and engagement check-ins with operational and senior stakeholders.
Investigate and resolve inquiries across investment accounting, reporting, reconciliation, and platform usage.
Identify opportunities to expand platform use and support retention.
