Strategic Account Manager - Higher Education (Remote)

Description

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Our products are marketed under several brands and are used in environments ranging from golf courses and factories to airports, planned communities, theme parks, and hunting preserves.

Responsibilities :

  1. Identify and analyze new strategic account opportunities that create value and offer long-term growth potential.
  2. Manage the assigned strategic account portfolio and develop growth strategies to differentiate the company and drive commercial growth.
  3. Prepare, structure, and negotiate new business proposals, ensuring contractual requirements are integrated within the business operating system for compliance and execution.
  4. Engage with all stakeholder communities involved in the success of each strategic account.
  5. Communicate proactively with the broader sales organization to ensure strategic alignment and adherence to contractual terms across channels.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure company-wide engagement for each strategic account.
  7. Report on progress toward business development milestones and portfolio growth to management.
  8. Participate in meetings to promote strategic capabilities and increase contract uptake in the market.
  9. Lead the development of strategic and C-suite level presentations.
  10. Achieve financial metrics aligned with the Annual Operating Plan on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  11. Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM regarding pipeline, contacts, activities, and other relevant information.
  12. Complete all required monthly reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in business development and strategic relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
