  2. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with C-suite leaders, nephrologists, P&T stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. Facilitate collaborations to improve clinical pathways, early diagnosis, and care transitions. Identify opportunities to expand access and support kidney preservation strategies.
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the primary contact across internal teams including Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Marketing, and others. Lead internal planning, ensure coordination of educational and clinical initiatives, and track key metrics.
  4. Insights & Impact: Capture and communicate insights to shape strategy, education, and access programs. Track progress against account metrics such as pathway adoption and resource utilization.
Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare; nephrology or rare disease experience preferred.
  • Proven record in strategic account management and healthcare engagement.
Additional Skills/Experience/Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of value-based care, clinical integration, and healthcare ecosystems.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, navigate ambiguity, and influence without authority.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing complex projects, timelines, and budgets.
  • Willingness to travel 60% domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to work face-to-face with customers and meet credentialing requirements.

We offer comprehensive benefits including health, financial, work-life, and well-being programs, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

Compensation: Our competitive package includes base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives (company stock). The target base pay range is $170,000 - $221,000, depending on experience and location.
