The Cross Family of Agencies invites applications for an Account Manager in Maine's Alternative Markets. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of commercial lines clients, with emphasis on workers' compensation and risk evaluation.

Responsibilities include preparing renewals, coordinating with attorneys, actuaries and auditors, and presenting analyses to clients. A college degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in commercial lines, and a Property & Casualty Producer License are required.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of commercial lines experience with a focus on workers' compensation.
• Property & Casualty Producer License.
• Ability to anticipate needs and exercise independent judgment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day management of assigned customers and accurate evaluation/analysis of performance.
• Coordinate with external vendors (attorneys, actuaries, accountants) and internal stakeholders for renewals and audits.
• Prepare applications and data for renewals, audits, and actuarial reports.
• Support members and Fund Administrators with new business activities and member acquisition.
• Renewal and retention of self-insured groups.
