Responsibilities

• Assist in renewal summaries, proposals, and new business submissions.
• Pursue prompt payment of agency bills and refer customers to other Cross branches as needed.
• Meet with Account Executive monthly to review marketing instructions.
• Visit clients as a proxy for the Account Executive.

Assist AE in completing these items if possible.Create new policy issuance instructions, quote instructions and renewal instructions for insurance company. (Bind Order)Meet with AE monthly to review marketing instructions.Prepare renewal summaries and proposalsPrepare new business submissions and proposalsHas In-Depth Technical Knowledge of Insurance Coverages & Products to advise clients with very little direction of Account ExecutiveVisit clients as necessary as a proxy for Account ExecutiveAssist in soliciting increases in coverage (Round out accounts)Handles Large Complex Accounts5 or more years’ ExperienceCan provide an Analysis of CoverageAttain CE credits as necessary for licensingRequired Job SkillsP&C LicensureAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteProven experience selling.Strong customer service skills and communication skills (both verbal and written).Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
