Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding client needs.

• Coordinate between client and production team to deliver solutions.
• Maintain LandCare's Landscape Quality Audit processes to identify maintenance needs.
• Create client proposals, contracts, and price estimates aligned with client objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities by cultivating relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect for potential clients and pursue new relationships.
• Lead networking events to build industry relationships for LandCare.
