Strategic Account Manager:

We are looking for an upbeat and motivated Strategic Account Manager to help us grow one of our top clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling to enterprise accounts with multiple locations nationally. You will be responsible for executing strategies to expand our presence, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth within the account. Are you IN?

Location: Remote - Must be local to Boston, MA for onsite client meetings.

Here's a little more about the role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the strategic account to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client goals.
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships through on-site meetings and social events.
  • Negotiate contracts with Procurement, HR, Hiring Managers, and VMS systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 2-5 years of outside IT Staffing Sales experience managing executive relationships.
  • Experience selling managed service solutions to large enterprise accounts with multiple locations (preferred).
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships.
  • Experience with MSP/VMS & Implementation Partners.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, high energy, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High volume client activity, 15+ meetings a week.
