Job summary

Bodycote, a leading thermal processing services provider, seeks an Account Manager for the Eastern ADE region, based in the U.S. This role focuses on managing plant-level relationships, inside and outside sales, and generating quotations to expand customer base and markets.

The incumbent reports to the Regional Sales Manager and will cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring production expectations are met while upholding Bodycote standards and policies. Safety-sensitivity applies.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer relations and sales experience.
• Ability to read and respond to customer inquiries with clarity.
• Experience in producing quotations and managing customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers and executive sponsors.
• Conduct sales calls and respond to inquiries from customers and prospects.
• Conduct customer feedback interviews and surveys to inform service improvements.
• Develop and deliver quotations and clarify customer requirements.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to monitor progress and meet customer expectations.
• Engage in project management and coordinate cross-functional teams.
