Quad, a global marketing experience company, is seeking an Account Manager in Pleasanton. The role oversees integrated marketing programs across multiple projects, agencies, and client teams, with a hybrid schedule onsite two days and remote three days per week.

You will lead client relationships, coordinate timelines with cross-functional teams, manage briefs, and ensure programs meet scope and budget. A 5+ year track record in program management and strong client-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management leading large integrated marketing programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or project management.
• Strong client-facing presence with influencing skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple agencies and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex, integrated marketing programs across projects, agencies, and client teams.
• Coordinate delivery and timelines with execution, account, operations, and finance teams.
• Partner with client and agencies to fill briefs for internal execution.
• Develop and manage project timelines, plans, and status documents.
• Escalate client concerns and drive proactive solutions.
