Strategic Account Manager - Healthcare


Ronco is seeking a talented Strategic Account Manager - Healthcare for our Lancaster territory who will create and execute sales in the healthcare market to include solutions for hospitals and long-term care facilities. You will be responsible for exceeding sales revenue goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, and expanding our customer base, all while forging your own path.


Accountabilities Include:


  • Generate new customers within an assigned territory

  • Service and expand the business of the existing customer base

  • Write and submit timely, accurate, professional bid proposals and RFPs

  • Prepare and present sales presentations

  • Determine strategic efforts based on competitive analysis and market trends to maximize sales efforts

  • Conduct walkthroughs and develop the scope of work documents based on potential installation projects

  • Understand and successfully interpret specifications

  • Demonstrate various technology solutions to customers

  • Keep accurate pipelines via Customer Relationship Management software

  • Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge


Requirements for Success:


  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience developing new business within healthcare-related sales in a hospital environment

  • Previous experience selling into C-Suite preferred

  • Demonstrated communication skills, including both written and verbal communication

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Customer service and team-oriented

  • Maintain a clean driving record
