Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) Burlington site is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to develop and manage strategic customer relationships in the Burlington market. This role focuses on low- and medium-voltage switchgear and related power management solutions.

You will identify opportunities, coordinate with engineering and operations, and present compelling proposals to customers while expanding existing relationships within the company portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing key accounts and strategic customers.
• Ability to identify opportunities and craft proposals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a targeted list of prospective and strategic customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.
• Identify opportunities for repair, refurbishment, service, testing, and supply of switchgear and breakers.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Advise customers on site capabilities and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions.
