Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an Account Manager to cultivate strong relationships across a portfolio of existing customers. You will own renewal and expansion strategies, tailor account plans, monitor health metrics, and coordinate with sales and operations to position CoreSite as a strategic partner in data center, real estate, and telecom sectors.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and at least five years in sales or account management, with experience in colocation or tech sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales or account management role.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans aligned to customer needs and CoreSite solutions.
• Lead renewals and expansions with accurate quotes and proposals.
• Tour sites for customers and prospects to showcase CoreSite's capabilities.
• Negotiate commercial and legal terms per company guidelines.
