JaniTek Cleaning Solutions Inc is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the main contact between clients and the company. You will drive new business, service existing accounts, and coordinate add-on work such as carpet cleaning and window services.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, proactive communication, and sales activity to meet targets. You will manage client expectations, schedule services, and work with operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients as the primary contact.
• Respond promptly to client requests and complaints to maintain service quality.
• Schedule and coordinate add-on services and ensure customer satisfaction after service.
• Enter leads and manage territory via CRM; pursue cold calls and sales activity.
• Represent the company at events and build a pipeline of new business.
• Support operations with planning, reporting, and follow-up on inspections and projects.
