Job summary

Bodycote is seeking an Account Manager in the ADE West region to manage relationships and customer service for plant-level accounts, including inside and outside sales. Under the Regional Sales Manager, you will generate quotations and work with customers and plant personnel to establish production expectations, acting as the focal point for cultivating, retaining, and expanding business opportunities.

You will aim to develop new markets, expand the customer base, and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Education – High school education or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• ITAR compliance required; US Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
• Ten years in sales, customer service, or related field.
• Experience selling into aerospace/defense, semiconductor, or medical device markets is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Conduct sales calls, respond to inquiries, and gather customer feedback.
• Develop and deliver quotations and clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to monitor progress and meet expectations.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
