Pay range- 100k-140k base and 200k-280k OTE + Equity

As we scale, we’re looking for a motivated and strategic Account Executive to generate and close new business opportunities, particularly in healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences.

Position Overview

This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll own everything from outbound prospecting to closing Enterprise SaaS deals. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in startup environments, learns fast, and wants to directly shape GTM strategy at an emerging tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Identify and target ideal customers.
  • Articulate Onymos’ differentiated value across our IDP, app dev, and data integration products.
  • Craft personalized outreach sequences using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Navigate complex buying groups, including technical (CTO, VP of Product) and operational (Rev Cycle, Compliance, Lab Ops) stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our CEO, Sales Engineer, and Product team to tailor solutions for customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, updating Salesforce with accurate notes and forecasts.
  • Contribute feedback on sales playbooks, ICP refinement, and use case packaging as we scale.

Requirements

  • 4–9 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience (selling to healthcare, medtech, or biotech is a major plus).
  • Proven ability to close new business and exceed quota in a startup or fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can distill technical products into clear business value.
  • Coachable, curious, and driven by results. Comfortable with ambiguity and experimenting to find what works.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sequencing tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, document workflows, or app development cycles is a bonus.
