The Role

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for accounts with 10,000+ employees. You’ll work across multiple verticals, identifying high-impact use cases, influencing buying groups, and landing $100K+ deals that quickly expand to $1M+.

You’ll partner closely with product marketing, SDRs, and customer success to win new logos and grow existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex sales cycles, working with multiple stakeholders across large enterprise accounts.
  • Own a $1M-$1.2M ARR quota with typical deal sizes ranging from $90K to $350K+.
  • Run strategic outbound motions supported by SDRs to open new conversations and drive pipeline growth.
  • Execute a land-and-expand sales strategy, nurturing adoption to drive large-scale expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Solutions to ensure long-term success and retention.

What Does Success Look Like? You consistently hit quota by landing high-value logos, expanding them significantly over time, and becoming a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably with large account focus.
  • Proven track record managing 6-7 figure deals, with strong outbound prospecting and pipeline ownership.
  • Confident navigating complex buying groups and executive stakeholders.
  • You understand how to build urgency and ROI around a new category of software (evangelical selling experience a plus).
  • Comfortable selling both the big picture and technical value of a product.
  • Driven, consultative, and resourceful - able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
