Job summary

Lockton is seeking a strategic, consultative Account Executive to lead complex Convenience Gas and Fuel Hauling client relationships. The role serves as the primary advisor, guiding renewal strategy and insurance placements while coordinating resources across Lockton specialty practices.

You will lead executives, manage service teams, negotiate coverage with senior markets, and drive data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in insurance.
Commercial insurance experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple large accounts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the strategic advisor and primary client contact for assigned accounts.
Lead strategy, placement, and servicing of high-severity, loss-sensitive casualty programs.
Develop long-term risk financing and insurance strategies aligned with client objectives.
Coordinate resources across Lockton specialty practices and teams.
Present executive-level stewardship, renewal and strategic planning meetings.
Support acquisitions, lender requirements, and due diligence related to insurance programs.
Develop carrier strategy and negotiate coverage enhancements.
Leverage analytics and portfolio data to improve renewal outcomes.
Mentor junior associates and foster cross-team collaboration.
