NEON, part of Omnicom Group, seeks an Account Director/VP, Business Management to oversee financial health and strategic business management for large-scale accounts. You will partner with Account Management, Project Management, Finance, Creative and support services to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of professional experience, agency background (pharma preferred), and strong Excel/WorkFront skills, plus outstanding client-facing and negotiation

Formación

• 8–10 years of professional experience in account management or related role.
• Agency experience with pharma preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and WorkFront.
• Strong client-facing, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial forecasting and budget reporting with Finance.
• Develop statements of work with PMs and department leads.
• Manage client business issues and revenue health.
• Monitor and maximize profitability within SOW.
• Oversee resource planning and onboarding for Account teams.
• Escalate issues to senior/executive management.
• Prepare financial components for new opportunities.
