Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in advertising, media, marketing, or client services.
• Strong fluency across digital media channels and performance marketing.
• Confident communicator and presenter who can command a room with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative with a team-first mindset and a willingness to roll up sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile client relationships, building trusted executive-level partnerships.
• Drive integrated campaigns from strategy through execution with cross-functional teams.
• Translate campaign data into actionable business insights and revenue growth.
• Operate as a hands-on team leader, reviewing plans and guiding execution in real time.
• Lead with clarity, accountability, and collaboration to elevate the work and culture.
• Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to pitches and new business.
