The Customer Service Representative serves as a critical link between our customers, sales team, manufacturing operations, and supply chain functions. This position is responsible for managing customer orders, responding to inquiries, coordinating deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the order fulfillment process.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or engineered product customers is highly preferred.
