Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 4–7 years related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete CPCU or RPLU designation preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret underwriting guidelines and financial data.

• Evaluate new and renewal submissions for risk acceptability.
• Determine coverage, pricing, limits and terms based on exposure.
• Adhere to underwriting guidelines and authorities.
• Interact with customers, agents, and brokers to gather information.
• Negotiate policy terms and participate in stewardship meetings.
• Utilize analytical tools to assess exposure and claims drivers.
• Document underwriting decisions and maintain records.
