Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Retirement & Benefits Specialist to support the administration, compliance, and day-to-day operations of the U.S. retirement programs, with emphasis on the 401(k) plan.

The role collaborates with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external partners. You will manage eligibility, enrollments, contributions, distributions, and annual compliance testing, while assisting with health and welfare benefits and annual enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field; 5+ years 401(k) administration.
• Experience with ERISA, IRS, and DOL rules for defined contribution plans.
• Experience with 401(k) contributions, reconciliations, eligibility, loans, and match.
• Experience with Form 5500, compliance testing, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of the 401(k) plan, including eligibility, enrollment, contributions, and distributions.
• Coordinate compliance testing and prepare Form 5500 filings.
• Maintain plan governance records and respond to auditor requests.
• Support broader health and welfare benefits administration and enrollments.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to resolve issues.
