Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a 3PL Warehousing Category Manager to develop and execute category strategies for warehousing and distribution services across North America and EMEA. You will lead sourcing programs, supplier negotiations, and contract lifecycle management with cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires strong procurement acumen, experience in complex negotiations, and the ability to influence across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of procurement and sourcing experience.
• Experience leading sourcing events, supplier selection, and contract lifecycle management.
• Data-driven cost and budget analyses; ability to present to leadership.
• Experience across North America and EMEA; cross-cultural collaboration.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Dataiku familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sourcing strategies for 3PL warehousing across North America and EMEA.
• Lead RFIs and RFQs; manage supplier evaluations and selections.
• Negotiate terms; drive contract development, renewals, and governance.
• Monitor supplier performance; conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize warehousing networks.
