Job summary

Christ Community Health Services in Memphis seeks a strategic 340B Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and optimization of the 340B Drug Pricing Program across pharmacies and clinics.

You will oversee 340B transactions, inventory, contract pharmacy activity, and reconciliation while partnering with Pharmacy, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, and external vendors to strengthen program performance and expand affordable care in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (required).
• Experience in 340B operations or healthcare finance (required).
• Experience supervising or leading teams (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily 340B operations across pharmacies and clinics, including purchasing and reconciliation.
• Monitor contract and specialty pharmacy activity; identify opportunities to improve 340B capture.
• Oversee 340B technology platforms, data feeds, and vendor interfaces.
• Analyze program performance with dashboards; track missed opportunities and financial results.
• Manage 340B revenue, savings, and routine financial reconciliation with Finance.
• Direct medication and vaccine purchasing and inventory oversight; reduce stockouts and costs.
• Maintain relationships with wholesalers, contract pharmacies, and TPAs; resolve issues.
• Support 340B compliance reviews with accurate records; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop 340B Analysts and Inventory Specialists.
