Job summary

Aultman Health Foundation is seeking a 340B Coordinator to manage the 340B Program across the health system. The role serves as liaison for 340B matters and reports to the pharmacy director.

The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy background, strong compliance knowledge, and experience with HRSA requirements. The position includes standard office hours with potential travel for conferences and vendor meetings.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• 2 years hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical procurement laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight from the Department of Pharmacy for the 340B program.
• Develops and modifies 340B policies in accordance with state, federal, and system program requirements.
• Provides ongoing training, education, and communication required for the 340B program. Develops training and competency materials for staff and leaders.
• Regularly communicates with staff involved with the 340B program to ensure efficient processes and address issues.
• Ensure HRSA recertification and site registrations are completed on time and database information is accurate.
• Maintain accuracy of information supplied to the HRSA 340B Database.
• Monitor utilization records and 340B purchasing accounts for proper software operation and accuracy.
• Review 340B pricing to address changes and optimize purchasing practices.
• Oversee audits conducted within the 340B program.
