Responsibilities include torches setup, cutting plates to spec, inspecting finished parts, and recording results in the ERP system. Prior welding/torch experience is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Summary

Process steel flame cut plates with a CNC burning machine / track torch. Following all safety protocols, while producing quality products that meet customer specifications.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None

General Responsibilities

• Layout and trace machine on material
• Square torches to material and cut plate
• Confirm plate meets dimensional requirements
• Fill out and record all inspections forms and record in ERP system
• Clean and maintain equipment
• All duties of General Labor/Operator A as assigned

Additional Job Functions w/Qualifications

• CNC Beveler
• Process steel flame cut parts with portable track burning machine
• Read job order/prints for layout
• Layout dimensions on material per customer specification

Skills
