Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort is seeking a Stove Person in the Sanitation department to help maintain kitchen cleanliness, assemble and disassemble equipment, and ensure that all safety markers are displayed.

You will uphold health standards and sanitation policies, contributing to an approachable, luxury hospitality experience for guests and teammates alike.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Assembling and disassembling equipment and cleaning it.
• Ensuring that all caution/safety markers are displayed properly.
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health.
