Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Stove Person in the Sanitation department at Durango, adding to our team to help provide a welcoming, upscale hospitality experience. This role supports our guests by ensuring high sanitation standards while delivering service with a personal touch in a luxury setting.

Key tasks include assembling/disassembling equipment, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and adhering to health department policies. Lifting requirements and work cards may apply as part of the role.

• Assembling and disassembling equipment and cleaning it.
• Ensuring that all caution/safety markers are displayed properly.
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards in accordance with department polices and the Department of Health.
