Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
  • Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, floors, grills, broilers, and other surfaces.
  • Conduct high-dusting throughout the kitchen and beverage outlets to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Use appropriate cleaning chemicals per OSHA regulations and company policies to sanitize equipment and workspaces.
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, sinks, garbage disposals, and other cleaning equipment; perform basic breakdown and reassembly as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas throughout the shift.
  • Transport garbage, recycling, and debris from kitchen and bar areas to designated disposal locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws, company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Utility Cleaner, you are essential to the success and safety of our culinary operations. Your work ensures a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both the culinary team and our guests.
