Washington Nationals seeks a skilled Videographer & Editor to produce and edit game presentation content, marketing spots, social features, and behind-the-scenes pieces. You will log footage, assist with production logistics, and maintain assets for multiple teams.

Expect collaboration with senior staff and emphasis on quality storytelling across platforms. You will adapt content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other channels, while contributing to innovative techniques and ensuring brand

Qualifications

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for multiple departments and platforms.
• Log Nationals footage with precision and strong attention to detail in the editing process.
• Coordinate interviews and lead shoots as part of larger video projects.
• Adapt video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit game presentation content, marketing spots, social features and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Support production team with asset management, maintenance, and production logistics.
• Collaborate with partnerships team to satisfy contracted asset needs.
• Organize workflows for easy sharing and future reuse.
• Develop new techniques to stay current with editing trends and platform best practices.
