Job summary

Chicago Union is seeking a Videographer/Content Creator to collaborate with the Director of Marketing and the Creative Department in producing weekly content that tells our brand story. The role involves shooting, editing, and conceptualizing video features for our digital channels.

You will work in a fast-paced sports environment, requiring initiative, reliability, and strong creative execution. The position supports home games and practices in the Chicagoland area, with a November 2026 tryout

Qualifications

• Experience creating digital content for sports or brand storytelling.
• Ability to shoot and edit engaging videos for multiple channels.
• Strong eye for composition, color, and pacing in video content.
• Ability to work with a team and take direction.
• Must reside in the Chicagoland area and attend all Union home games.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content such as videos and other forms of multimedia.
• Shoot and edit high-quality videos for various projects, including games, training sessions, and other Chicago Union events.
• Conceptualize video features for the Chicago Union digital channels.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the content aligns with the overall goals of the brand.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital content creation.
• Archive and organize all footage and material.
• Must be comfortable on camera
• Must live in or able to reliably commute to Elmhurst/Chicago for all Union games and practices (games are held at Langhorst Field in Elmhurst, practices are held at De La Salle Institute in Chicago)
• Other duties as assigned to support the Creative Department.
