Job summary

Lochridge-Priest Inc. is seeking a Marketing Content Creator to tell our brand stories through video and photography. You will travel to jobsites, events, and locations across Texas to capture authentic sequences and interviews.

Working with the Director of Marketing, you’ll split time between production and broader marketing initiatives, building a diverse portfolio. This role supports social media, brand guidelines, and campaigns, with opportunities to own content from concept to final edit

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in videography, digital media, content creation, social media, marketing, or a related field.
• Portfolio or demo reel showing video content personally shot and edited; experience with Sony FX and Alpha cameras, DJI Ronin gimbals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience shooting in S-Log or similar log formats and color grading log footage.
• Strong photography skills with composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement for digital content.
• Comfortable interviewing employees, customers, and others on camera.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to travel across Texas.
• Willing to work in active construction environments, wear PPE, and work outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content (project highlights, stories, events).
• Conduct on-camera interviews with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• Capture high-quality photography of projects, people, events, and activities.
• Organize and maintain the photo/video library with proper labeling and storage.
• Draft social media captions and assist with scheduling/publishing content.
• Maintain branding across marketing materials per guidelines (graphics, layouts, colors, fonts, photography, video, messaging).
• Create and edit branded assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other approved platforms.
• Assist with company newsletters and other communications.
• Coordinate routine marketing needs (business cards, promotional items, store orders, inventory, vendor relations).
• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on campaigns, recruiting, events, and strategic priorities.
• Manage multiple content projects, schedules, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Travel regularly to jobsites and company locations in Texas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
