Bell seeks a Content Manager in Fort Worth, TX, to lead video and photography initiatives that power our global marketing efforts. You will guide projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with Marketing and Sales to ensure brand-aligned storytelling across multiple channels.

You’ll manage production timelines, edit content, and maintain brand guidelines, while working with internal and external resources to achieve high-quality, on-brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in videography, photography, or related post-production field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Video Production, Communications, Marketing, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video/photo workflows.
• Strong storytelling and brand-aligned content creation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive interviews, internal/external video campaigns, and live webcasts.
• Oversee video/photography campaigns with Marketing and Sales teams.
• Develop and enforce video/photography guidelines aligned to brand standards.
• Lead production timelines, shoot schedules, and vendor coordination.
• Edit raw footage, perform color correction, and finalize sequences.
