Job summary

Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas is seeking a Creative Producer for Content & Exhibition Experiences to run live engagements and turn scientific concepts into story-driven activations that guests can’t forget.

Reporting to the Vice President of Exhibitions, you will lead a cross-disciplinary team of scientists, designers, and presenters, translating complex ideas into bilingual English–Spanish experiences that inspire wonder and curiosity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (media/entertainment production, communications, museum studies, or a science-related field).
• At least 5 years of content development for entertainment, themed experiences, exhibitions, or guest activations.
• Ability to pitch ideas, lead projects, and balance technical precision with narrative.
• Preferred bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the creative lead and showrunner for exhibition narratives and live experiences.
• Translate complex science into guest journeys with season arcs.
• Pitch bold activations that engage guests of all ages.
• Collaborate with exhibit managers, SMEs, and designers.
• Manage production calendars, schedules, and budgets.
