Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, execution, and tracking of projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Create and maintain project files and documentation.
• Answer incoming calls and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within project scope.
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations.
• Verify changes in scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques.
• Develop and execute operational plans for permitting, procurement, labor, quality, safety, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless flow from initial contact to billing.
• Obtain documentation from subcontractors and in-house personnel and enter data into Dynamics.
• Continuously expand knowledge of stormwater industry standards.
